Progress Notes

22 YOF admitted with Chest XR 2 to (+) TB skin test. possible TB injection prior to hire. (+) coughing but pt stated that she is feeling better. decrease'd coughing observed. pt's dad exaggerated pt with TB, shadow in lungs but not true.

Chest XR results came out normal. Pt is TB FREE!!!!

Pt would try to follow a CHO counting diet for weight lost purpose. 3 CHO choices per meal and 1 CHO choice per snack. Will follow and monitor~
